This is lesson1-1, the first part of understanding containers.
The image you see here is one I did in Paint Shop Pro using feedback, and looks like a picture within a picture, within a picture etc. This is what Scrippy containers are like, a container holding a container, holding a container. Because each is a seperate container in itself, although nesting inside one another, whatever your screensize and resolution, the stationery will always look the same. Everything is 'contained', and will not move out of place.
Your shopping list for this one is
tiled background 200x 200
image sized no larger than 300 x 200
midi of your choice
1. Begin by inserting your background tile-Insert background, and browse to your background tile
2. Insert Positioned Container, set left and right edges at 0, and top and bottom edges at 0
3. Insert positioned container, set horizontal center 0, size same as largest contained image, vertical top 50, size same as largest contained image.
4. Insert positioned image, browse to the image you are using, choose, double click and it is inserted.Leave the settings at default
5. Insert message area.We will have a lesson on message areas later on, but for now, I will give you the settings.
Message margins, left, right and bottom set at 30, top, set at 400, this gives room for our image as we want the message to appear underneath.
If you want your scrollbar to match your stationery, check override default scrollbar colours, and choose your base and shadow colours.
Make sure your message area button is pulled right over to the left, and appears at the bottom.
Insert sound, browse to the midi of your choice, double click, it is inserted.
Insert a ticker if you want, with your name.

To send as a Stationery, go to File/Export Email, a message will appear telling you email is ready to send using oulook
Close Scrippy and Open OE.
Go to Message /new using, and your default stationery folder will appear. If Scrippy EMail does not appear at the top of the drop down list, browse the folder until you find Scrippy EMail.
Our Stationery will open.
To type your message, double click the message area while in Edit view, type what you want, then when finished, click on send.
