This is lesson1-2, and your second part of understanding containers.
 
Your shopping list for this one is 
 tiled background 200x 200
image sized at 300 wide, 196 high, preferably not a framed image
midi of your choice
 
Begin by inserting a background from your tile.
1. Insert Positioned Container, setting left and right edges at 0, top and bottom edges at 0, the same as our first lesson.
 
2. Insert Positioned Container, horizontal center 0,specified size 400, vertical top 50, specified size 296.
 
3. Insert background, check use selcted colour and choose a dark colout to compliment your image
4. Insert frame, choose groove, size 3, choose a light colour.
5. Insert positioned container, set left and right edges, and top and bottom edges 20.
6.Insert background, choosing a light colour to compliment your image
7. Insert frame, choosing a dark colour, groove, size 3
8. Insert positioned container, horizontal center 0, size same as largest contained image, vertical center 0, size same as largest contained image.
9. Insert positioned image, browse to the image you have chosen, leaving the settings at default
10. Insert frame, choosing a dark colour, groove, size 3
 
Insert your message area the same as the first part of our lesson, making sure it is pulled right over to the left, and underneath everything else
 
Insert your sound, and a ticker if you want
 
All of your containers, are nesting inside one another, much the same as our picture in lesson 1 part1.  Whatever resolution and screen size your monitor is set, the images wont move around, they are contained, and will look the same to everyone
