In Lesson 3 part 3 I asked that you didnt put any borders, or bevels, but I noticed that some people didnt take any notice<g> ;)
So, this is the reason why part 4 includes the bevel.
To get us used to using positioned containers, and border scrolls.

If you want to use a border image like I have here, make one in psp, new image 350 wide, 20 high, flood fill with colour or plainish pattern of choice.  Do an inner bevel if you like, then crop a little from the ends, so it makes it seamless(note if you use a strong patternm make the pattern seamless first)

Insert a positioned container, let left, right, top, bottom 0
Insert your background

**Insert  positioned container, let it nest, set horizontal left and right at 0, vertical top 0, size 20.
Insert background.  Here you can either choose to use a background 200x 200, or(as I have done) use your image made in psp.Scroll right, you can choose to leave the scroll speed at 10, I changed mine to fast scroll 30.
Insert frame, 2 pixels, groove.

Insert positioned container, pull left u.p. container, set left and right 0 , vertical   top 20(check that your scroll image is 20 high if you made one), size height of your main image(mine was 317)

Now edit/copy the first scroll container marked **, and paste, pulling under previous container, change the scroll direction to left.
Vertical from top needs to be 20 +height of your main graphic(my graphic was 317 high+20 =337.)

This one is to get you used to using the copy and paste, and now you can see why I didnt want a frame on your main graphic

All 3 containers should be parallel, see screenshot.
